A narrative mainly describing my experiences and thought s concerning Capoeira. How amazing it is that the Roda is a mini world. One can only focus on the present and that is all he/she has control over. The past is gone and the future has not come. One should only be concerned with the present. Welcome to my narrative of the world that is now and now it is past.

- I have been described as a 'Rock,' and quiet of heart. Most say I play a defensive game in Capoeira and some call me a soldier. I find solace during a jogo. I am amazed and what comes out when I play. The Roda to me is a microcosm of life. To play well means life in the macrocosm is alright.
