A narrative mainly describing my experiences and thought s concerning Capoeira. How amazing it is that the Roda is a mini world. One can only focus on the present and that is all he/she has control over. The past is gone and the future has not come. One should only be concerned with the present. - I have been described as a 'Rock,' and quiet of heart. Most say I play a defensive game in Capoeira and some call me a soldier. I find solace during a jogo. I am amazed and what comes out when I play. The Roda to me is a microcosm of life. To play well means life in the macrocosm is alright.
